The city of Byala (50 km from Varna airport and 70 km from Burgas airport) was founded in the 3rd century BC. Founded in BC and has over 2,300 inhabitants. Wide sandy beaches along the
foothills of the Balkans, the crystal clear sea water and the pleasant climate offer the best conditions for optimal relaxation. The local beach can be reached in 3 minutes by car or 10
minutes on foot. The "Water Slide" beach and the "South Beach" can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 15 to 20 minutes on foot. The protected beaches “Bjalata Reka” and “Kara Dere” can be
reached in 10 or 15 minutes by car (30 or 40 minutes on foot) and are used not only by nature lovers, but also by amateur fishermen and nudists estimated.

Villa Sadbina offers a lot of privacy, a large lawned garden with fruit trees, and 2 parking spaces in the courtyard. The convenience and proximity to the local beach (10-minute walk),
restaurant (1-minute walk) and grocery store (5-minute walk) make Villa Sadbina a spacious home and also an ideal holiday home.
